Our consultation form collects your first and last name, phone number, email address and the message you choose to provide. We use these details to respond to your enquiry, discuss your needs, arrange a consultation and prepare a quotation. If you do not provide the required details, we may be unable to respond through the form; you may contact us by email instead.
Please give only a brief overview in the website form. Do not include passport or identity-document numbers, payment-card details, medical information, criminal-history details or copies of supporting documents. If further information is needed for a service, we will explain what is required and how to provide it.
We process information to respond to your request, take steps towards a service agreement, provide agreed services, manage privacy requests and complaints, and meet applicable legal and professional obligations. We also use information where necessary for legitimate purposes such as protecting the website and maintaining appropriate business records, subject to your rights. Where consent is required, including for sensitive information, we will seek it for the relevant purpose.
This website is hosted by Webflow. Enquiries submitted through the form are stored in Webflow and sent to the email recipients configured for our business. The website form does not accept file uploads or collect payments. Hosting and communication providers may process technical information, such as IP addresses and browser or device information, to deliver and protect their services.
Access is limited to people who need the information to handle your enquiry or provide an agreed service, and to service providers supporting that work. If you engage us, relevant information may also be provided to the authorised professionals involved in your matter, education institutions, immigration authorities or other recipients needed to progress the agreed service. We may disclose information where required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
We operate in the Philippines. Our work with New Zealand service providers and our use of Webflow and other technology providers may involve information being processed overseas, including in New Zealand and the United States. We remain responsible for taking appropriate steps to protect information we disclose, including using applicable contractual or other safeguards. Where a particular overseas disclosure requires your informed consent, we will explain it and seek that consent separately.
We use reasonable organisational and technical safeguards to protect personal information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse or disclosure. No online service can guarantee absolute security. You can manage cookies and similar browser storage through your browser settings; restricting them may affect website features.
We keep enquiry information for as long as reasonably needed to respond, follow up and meet applicable recordkeeping or legal obligations. Information that no longer has a necessary purpose is deleted or anonymised. If you become a client, immigration client files are retained for no less than seven years from the date the file is closed, as required by the Licensed Immigration Advisers Code of Conduct, unless a longer period is required by law or reasonably necessary for a legal matter.
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to or correction of your personal information, object to processing, withdraw consent, or request deletion, blocking or portability where those rights apply. Withdrawal does not affect processing already lawfully carried out, and some records may need to be retained. We may ask for reasonable information to verify your identity before acting on a request.
Email info@lodgeicvisa.com to exercise these rights or raise a privacy concern. You may also contact the Philippines National Privacy Commission, or the New Zealand Privacy Commissioner where New Zealand privacy law applies. Our complaints process explains how to raise a concern with us.
We may update this policy when our services, systems or legal obligations change. The date on this page shows the latest revision. We will provide further notice where required for a material change in how we use your information.
